About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Program Director to lead a mission-critical Enterprise Transformation Program in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 15+ years of leadership experience in large-scale ERP, SaaS, or enterprise transformation programs, with proven expertise in Oracle Fusion implementations.

- Lead the end to end execution and governance of a large scale enterprise application rollout based on a standardized template led deployment strategy.
- Report directly to the Program Steering Committee and collaborate with senior executives, government stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross functional business units.
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large scale ERP, SaaS, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Proven expertise delivering enterprise wide Oracle Fusion implementations covering HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow implementations and enterprise systems integration is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi vendor, and cross functional transformation initiatives within large organizations or government environments.
- Arabic speaker.
