The Business Development Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving growth, market expansion, and new consulting engagement opportunities for MedAxiom Care Transformation Services (CTS).
This position is accountable for identifying, developing, and advancing relationships that result in consulting revenue, member engagement, and long-term business growth.
Reporting directly to the EVP of Care Transformation Services, the Director develops and executes business development strategies that align member needs with CTS solutions.
The position works independently and collaboratively with Membership Executives, consultants, marketing leaders, and executive stakeholders to identify organizational challenges, develop solutions, and create pathways to new consulting engagements.
The Director serves as a trusted advisor to cardiovascular program leaders, health system executives, and physician leaders, helping organizations navigate strategic, operational, financial, and clinical transformation opportunities.
Success in this role is measured by growth in consulting opportunities, expansion of client relationships, revenue generation, and contribution to the overall strategic objectives of CTS.
In addition to base salary, this employee may earn an incentive bonus between 10%-15% of their base salary.
The incentive compensation will be tied to personal, organizational, and team-based metrics.
