Program Coordinator – Regional Deterrence (DoD)

Responsibilities

• SANCORP is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War Policy Regional Deterrence Office. The following are examples of responsibilities:
• Analyze and provide political-military prioritization recommendations. Provide recommendations/input to strategic and regional guidance.
• Identify program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate a design framework for regional program strategic initiative coordination.
• Support OSW’s oversight efforts of the implementation of this framework and manage daily processes associated with the implementation of the framework. Support will also include assessment and monitoring and analysis of program impact to determine if strategic objectives are being met.
• Provide process and program improvement recommendations
• Foster transparent and Interagency communication and coordinate with other stakeholders in the DoW regional engagement community to de-conflict overlapping, non-complementary, or duplicative efforts.
• Ensure regional programs and activities are compliant with mandated Congressional requirements and coordinated with other Policy and interagency initiatives.
• Work closely with DSCA to track funds status and identify achievement of program outputs and indicator of program effectiveness
