Role Overview
Support the planning and delivery of training programs, workshops, online sessions, and professional development activities.
Coordinate schedules, participant information, learning materials, session logistics, and follow-up activities while supporting instructors and program teams.
The role provides exposure to professional training, online workshops, learning platforms, program administration, and educational operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs, workshops, webinars, and learning sessions.
- Coordinate calendars, registrations, attendance records, instructor schedules, and program timelines.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, handouts, exercises, guides, and digital learning resources.
- Support instructors, trainers, facilitators, and program managers with session preparation and administration.
- Communicate with participants about schedules, joining instructions, materials, deadlines, and program requirements.
