The Role
The role supports transportation coordination, dispatch administration, delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, and logistics operations.
The position is part-time, fully remote, and offers flexible working hours.
Coordination and Tracking
- Assist with daily logistics, transportation, dispatch, pickup, and delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, freight providers, warehouses, suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Schedule pickups, deliveries, dispatches, transfers, and other transportation activities.
- Track vehicles, shipments, deliveries, dispatch status, estimated arrival times, and outstanding activities.
Records and Exceptions
- Maintain dispatch logs, delivery schedules, shipment records, transportation trackers, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and verify delivery orders, dispatch records, shipment information, driver instructions, and transportation documents.
- Monitor delays, route issues, missed pickups, vehicle availability, and other transportation exceptions.
- Assist with delivery discrepancies, incomplete shipments, failed deliveries, and routine transportation issues.
