Job Description
CLEAResult is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst to support multiple energy efficiency programs.
The role includes program operations, data tracking, reporting, customer coordination, and client coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Support multiple programs and adapt to changing priorities.
- Coordinate customer communications, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Schedule technician site visits and support timely report delivery.
- Track program data, schedules, and key metrics.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist with invoicing, data reconciliation, and general program administration.
- Support energy kit inventory checks, returns, and onsite coordination.
- Work independently while collaborating with internal teams, clients, customers, and technicians.
- Work onsite 1–2 days per week as required.
Candidate Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate status with transferable skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, IF statements, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
- PowerPoint proficiency and comfort working with data.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to ambiguity.
- Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-focused programs.
- Power BI or data visualization experience is an asset but not required.
Compensation
- The targeted compensation is CAD 30 per hour.
- The stated compensation range is CAD 25.70 to CAD 44.55 per hour.
Additional Requirements
- If applicable, commercial drivers must meet provincial, territorial, national, and federal licensing, medical, hours-of-service, and safety requirements.
