Program Analyst

Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Electricity (OE) in advancing energy infrastructure, grid modernization, and related policy initiatives.

The Program Analyst will provide stakeholder engagement, programmatic communications, and event support, with a primary focus on high-impact stakeholder engagement opportunities.

This position will work closely with federal staff, program managers, communications teams, and other partners to ensure engagement activities are strategically planned, well-coordinated, and effectively executed.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of stakeholder outreach, including engagement activities, site visits, meetings, workshops, and related events.

Coordinate with federal staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to support objectives.

Support stakeholder outreach and engagement activities designed to strengthen relationships and increase awareness of federal programs, priorities, technologies, and accomplishments.

Assist with preparing stakeholder engagement strategies, communications/outreach plans, agendas, briefing materials, correspondence, and other event-related products.

Support time-sensitive requests from federal leadership related to stakeholder meetings, events, site visits, and communications initiatives.

Coordinate event requirements and track actions, deliverables, schedules, participants, and other logistical and programmatic needs.

Bachelor’s Degree, 4-9 years of experience.

Additional years of experience or post-graduate degrees may be substituted for education or experience requirements.
