Professional Senior, Engineering, Projects, Aircraft Design and Development

You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A Master's degree and/or PMI certification is considered an asset.

You have Bombardier experience and a good working knowledge of the BES (Bombardier Engineering System). In the absence of Bombardier Aerospace (BA) knowledge, you are able to clearly demonstrate how your previous work experience has prepared you to lead the definition, implementation, and execution of complex engineering projects.

You have five (5) or more years of relevant experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a specific aerospace engineering field.

You have experience supporting one or more development programs through various stages of the product lifecycle.

You have excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

You have strong knowledge in a specific technical field, along with a broad understanding of multiple aircraft systems.

You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.

You have experience with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, which is considered an asset.

You are a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You demonstrate a logical and flexible mindset, take initiative, and are able to balance both a high-level perspective and attention to detail.
