- Demonstrate proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of coffee equipment
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure training is delivered in accordance with industry best practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment
- Support students in developing practical skills for employment in cafés, restaurants, and hotels
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional Barista Trainer experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, brewing methods, coffee beans, and beverage preparation
- Experience teaching latte art, coffee extraction, milk texturing, and café operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and guide students from different cultural backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Professional Barista Trainer to join our training institute in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of specialty coffee, beverage preparation, and barista training techniques.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high quality theoretical and practical training while ensuring students develop industry standard skills and confidence.
