Requirements

- Excellent knife handling and food presentation skills
- Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Culinary certification or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage

Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Trainer to teach and mentor students in the preparation and presentation of sushi and Japanese cuisine fundamentals.
- The ideal candidate will provide both theoretical and hands on training, helping students develop professional sushi making skills while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
- The Sushi Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, conducting practical demonstrations, supervising student practice sessions, assessing performance, and ensuring a safe and hygienic learning environment.
