• Developing and maintaining a training strategy for a growing team. This may include creating training material and verifying successful training through random assessments.

Job Description
Training assemblers in soldering, bonding, mechanical assembly.
Training assemblers on ERP and work instruction systems.

Required Skills and Education
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Ability to pass a VAST (Visual Acuity Test)
- J-STD-001 certified
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills and Education
- IPC-610-A certified
- Experience working with Factory Logix, Oracle MRP/ERP System, Windchill, APEX, and Microsoft Office applications
