In this role, you will lead the safe, efficient, and continuous production of polymer operations in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will drive performance by aligning people, processes, and priorities—ensuring production goals, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently met.

• Lead and direct unionized production teams to safely execute daily and long-term production plans
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to ensure reliable and efficient plant performance
• Monitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps
• Champion safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
