- Manage the English language Production Team and Installation crews
- Assist in Manufacturing Signs and installation process
- Quality control of the production
- Monitoring production timelines
- Supervision of personnel's work organization
- Ensuring labor discipline
- Keeping records and providing reports on materials used for each order (LED equipment, transformers, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience supervising installation of cladding, 3D signage, acrylic cut, letters, digitally printed graphics, one way vision sticker, cut vinyl, and flex signage
- Ability to set daily/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organising workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Check production output according to specifications
- Worked closely with production team to enforce and maintain quality standards
- Ensuring effective measurement, placement, connection, and installation of the sign
- Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to location safely
- Mounting and installing signs in accordance with all safety protocols
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Handling all Indoor & Outdoor jobs
- Having responsibility from signage production to site installation
