- Supervise daily production activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate with design, sales, fabrication, printing, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor production schedules and allocate resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures
- Oversee manufacturing processes related to signage, branding, exhibition stands, vehicle graphics, and other advertising products
- Manage and motivate production staff to achieve productivity and performance targets
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and client specifications are met
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions when required
- Maintain production records and prepare progress reports for management
Requirements
- 3 5 years of supervisory experience in an Advertising or Signage Company within the UAE/GCC region
- Valid UAE driving license
- Hands on experience in managing advertising and signage production operations
- Strong knowledge of signage fabrication, digital printing, branding, and installation processes
- Proven ability to manage production teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and workplace safety practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
- Competitive salary package and benefits discussed during interview.
