PM Production Supervisor

Reports To: Production Manager
Days/Hours: Monday to Friday (PM shift, 3:30PM until 12:00AM), occasional Saturdays

The Role
Under the direction of the Production Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the
Responsibilities
- Responsible to adhere to, maintain and promote a positive company culture.
- Implementation of standard operating procedures and ensure that they are fully respected.
- Ensure workplace safety practices are followed by all reports.
- Support the Production Manager to ensure all work orders are processed in a timely, efficient, and most cost-effective manner.
- Allocate resources to workstation based on the production schedule
