General Labourer

• Frequent handling of cannabis products and materials.
• Repetitive tasks involving both manual work and visual inspection.
• PPE is required in designated areas, PPE includes hair nets, booties, gloves, and lab coats.

• Education or experience in horticulture, agriculture, manufacturing, or a production environment is considered an asset; however, a positive attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment as part of a small, collaborative team.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and shared goals.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong visual acuity and attention to detail to accurately identify and assess plants, products and materials.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy while completing detailed work requiring precision.

• Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM and working until production goals for the day are completed.
• Current shifts may run as late as 6:00 PM while we work through the backlog. Once operations stabilize, shifts could be closer to 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Saturday work may be required based on operational needs.
