- Responsible for maintaining production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line
- Ensure that production plans are completed within planned time frame
- Check production output according to specifications
- Ensure Quality of the Products produced is maintained in accordance to Quality Plan
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production or relevant field
- Sound knowledge of sheet Extrusion Molding machine process
- Prior experience with extrusion lines
- Ability to manage up to 20+ employees
- Experience in maintaining production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line
