- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities related to metal ceiling and cladding systems
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources to meet production schedules and delivery commitments
- Monitor production output, productivity, and quality to ensure targets are achieved
- Ensure manufacturing is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Lead and motivate production teams, including operators, fabricators, and technicians
- Conduct daily production meetings and provide clear work instructions
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage through effective production control
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with Quality Control personnel to address non conformities
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and performance KPIs

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in Metal Ceiling and Cladding manufacturing to oversee daily production operations, manage shop floor personnel, and ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
- The successful candidate will coordinate closely with engineering, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure timely project delivery and optimal resource utilization.
