- Review production drawings, specifications, and work orders before manufacturing
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate fabrication requirements
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
- Optimize material utilization and minimize production waste
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and consumables
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and manufacturing standards
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance requirements
- Prepare production reports, productivity analyses, and performance KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control
