- Manage and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Allocate work and supervise production staff.
- Monitor production processes, machines, output, and efficiency.
- Ensure products are manufactured according to company quality standards and SOPs.
- Follow and enforce GMP, HSE, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and technical issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
- Maintain proper production records and reports.
- Identify production problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards in the production area.
- Train and guide production employees when required.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Report production issues and performance to the Production Manager.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of production/manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in FMCG, tobacco, food, packaging, or similar manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Good knowledge of production processes, machinery, GMP, HSE, and 5S.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
