Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor with Industry Technical Expertise.

The ideal candidate would have experience in project management, project planning, employee supervision, and training.

Extensive knowledge of the electrical power distribution industry is preferred.

Ability to work in a team environment providing coordination and support from the fabrication release, assembly, wiring, testing, and shipment of completed products.

This is a full-time, position.

Typical working hours will be Monday – Friday with hours ranging from 5:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

Overtime will be available and/or mandatory at management’s discretion.

• Schedules and manages assigned projects to production floor locations and personnel.
• Reviews project requirements for design accuracy, purchased goods, assembly and fabrication requirements as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and coordination of projects with plant manager, engineering, and sales.
• Coordinates cross departmental jobs for plant productivity and prioritization.
• Complete and facilitate design modifications, redlines and troubleshooting with production personnel and engineers.
