About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily meat processing activities including cutting, trimming, portion control, mincing, burger production, meat smoking, packaging, and order preparation
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while minimizing waste and maximizing yield
- Implement and maintain HACCP and food safety procedures
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance throughout the facility
- Conduct routine quality inspections and product checks
- Maintain production, temperature, traceability, and food safety records
- Support ISO 22000, HACCP, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
- Supervise production workers, butchers, and packaging staff
- Conduct on the job training and enforce food safety requirements
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Meat Technology, Food Processing, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Meat Processing Plants, Meat smoke house Facilities, Food Manufacturing Operations, or Meat Service/butchery
- Experience in Portion Controlled Meat Products, Burger Patties, Vacuum Packed Products, Smoke Meat Products, or Foodservice Meat Preparation is highly preferred

Quality & Food Safety
- Implement and maintain HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and GMP compliance throughout the facility.

Qualifications
