Overview
- We are looking for a self starting HR PRO Officer who takes immediate ownership of their work.
- You will manage office based PRO tasks, recruitment, and HR admin completely on your own.
- We need someone who anticipates needs, uses common sense to solve problems, and delivers results on time without being reminded or spoon fed.
What You Will Do
- PRO Admin: Track and manage visa, QID, and company license renewals online.
- Hiring: Run recruitment from sourcing resumes to onboarding new hires.
- HR Admin: Manage leaves, track attendance, and maintain staff records.
- Employee Relations: Act as the main contact for staff queries and resolve issues smoothly.
