- Coordinate with academic, technical, and administrative teams to align production timelines with course launches, events, and publishing deadlines.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements to processes and workflows.
- Support capacity planning, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and institutional objectives.
Requirements
- Strong production planning capabilities, including experience with Production Planning, Production Schedules, and general Planning.
- Demonstrated Production Management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast needs, and optimize production timelines and resource utilization.
- Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools or software, and strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in educational, training, or content production environments is preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi.

Role Description
- The Production Planning Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
