Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills, with experience leading and coordinating maintenance or technical teams
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair, including troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules
- Experience in maintenance management, including planning, documentation, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, instrumentation, or a related field
- Familiarity with instrumentation, control systems, or technical infrastructure supporting digital or educational platforms is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to applicable standards and regulations

Role Description
- The Instrumentation Maintenance Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on site responsibilities and the option to work from home for designated tasks.
- The role involves overseeing the maintenance and reliability of instrumentation and related equipment used to support the institute’s technical operations, including online learning infrastructure and associated facilities.
Day to Day Activities
- Planning and supervising preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair work with internal teams and external vendors.
- Troubleshooting equipment issues and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Developing and implementing maintenance management procedures.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Mentoring technical staff, optimizing maintenance processes, and recommending improvements or upgrades.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills, with experience leading and coordinating maintenance or technical teams.
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
