- Support production activities in line with approved daily plan
- Supervise and manage blue collar workforce on shop floor
- Allocate manpower daily according to production schedule
- Coordinate and report workers' health and safety matters to corporate office
- Ensure sufficient availability of RM/PM materials for uninterrupted production
- Assist in production processes to achieve daily production targets
- Take full responsibility for executing daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as assigned by Factory Manager

Job Overview
