Responsibilities
- Coordinate entry permits, change of status, residency stamping, Emirates ID, medicals, biometrics
- Handle visa cancellations, absconding/ban procedures
- Manage establishment/immigration card renewals and company file updates
- Coordinate daily with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, Tasheel, Municipality, DED, GPSSA, Civil Defense, Free Zones
- Maintain daily submission log and digital contract records; provide weekly status to PR Manager
- Prepare files, accompany inspectors, implement corrective actions
- Support onboarding/offboarding, passports, PO boxes, trademarks, vendor/audit support, ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Experience with entry permits, change of status, residency stamping, Emirates ID, medicals, biometrics

Profile
- PRO Assistant will report to PR Manager. Coordinates all public relations matters, ensures company wide PR compliance, communicates regulatory changes, and supports strategic PR initiatives.
