Role Overview
IEM is currently seeking a Production Planner for our Surrey, BC location, reporting to the Production Planning Manager.
The Production Planner is responsible for translating customer demand and forecast requirements into executable production plans that align with material availability and manufacturing capacity.
This role focuses on mid- to long-term planning, capacity alignment, and cross-functional coordination to support efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery, leveraging ERP tools to drive data-based decisions.
Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence at our Surrey, BC offices and does not offer remote work.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (INFOR preferred).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and capacity planning concepts.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
