The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create production orders based on forecasts and consumption trends.
• Support customer project planning and delivery-date requirements.
• Release customising assembly waves in SAP EWM.
• Coordinate outbound logistics, distribution activities, and domestic and international transportation.
• Book and manage export shipments for customer and intercompany orders.
• Monitor shipment schedules and escalate delivery risks or delays.
• Prepare and verify domestic and export shipping documentation.
• Maintain SAP logistics records and process intercompany orders and customer returns.
• Build freight provider relationships and improve logistics, planning, and customising processes.
• Provide occasional customer service and operational support during periods of high demand.

Key Skills and Attributes

• Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment.
• Confidence using ERP and WMS systems; SAP S/4HANA and EWM experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain planning, warehouse operations, or production planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse.
• Occasional moderate lifting may be required for operational support.
