Role Overview
The Production Material Handler supports manufacturing by handling, transferring, and organizing raw materials and finished products within the facility.
The role requires precision, safety commitment, and coordination to support an efficient production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle, transfer, and organize materials to support manufacturing.
- Assist with loading and unloading for production.
- Re-weigh and prepare raw materials according to schedules and instructions.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Sort, label, and store materials and products in designated areas.
- Maintain accurate written and electronic records.
- Perform routine checks and maintain inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow safety regulations and quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Position Details
- Base hourly pay is up to $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
- A shift differential of $1.00 per hour applies to second shift and $2.00 per hour applies to third shift, if applicable.
