Role Overview
Operate production machinery and support production areas at MAPEI's Wildwood facility.
Perform material preparation, packaging, equipment operation, and workflow support while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production-line weights and operating specifications and make adjustments as needed.
- Weigh, measure, and handle ingredients according to schedules, instructions, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Use digital and manual scales, pumps, hand scoops, and containers for precise measurements.
- Transfer raw materials and finished products within the facility.
- Prepare packaging, label containers, and palletize products.
- Maintain written and electronic records.
- Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Compensation
- Base hourly pay is up to $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Shift differentials are $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift, if applicable.

- Biannual performance bonuses may be awarded at the company's discretion based on plant performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination are required.
- Manufacturing or process experience is preferred, and forklift certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Must lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Must stand for extended periods and remain flexible for overtime and shift hours.
