Production Operator - Lattice 2nd Shift

Work Experience & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in manufacturing, materials science, or semiconductor processing preferred
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, machine shop, or cleanroom environment; experience with semiconductor, silicon or germanium processing a plus
• Required Skills / Knowledge:
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality control • Basic computer skills
• Preferred Skills / Knowledge:
• Experience using CNC and/or manual machining equipment, or Optical curve generators • Experience using basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Personal Attributes:
• Strong attention to detail • Commitment to safety and quality • Problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment • Willingness to learn and adapt to process changes
• Work Environment:
• Manufacturing floor and/or cleanroom environment • May involve exposure to industrial equipment, chemicals, and controlled atmospheres
• Physical or Operational Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to wear required PPE • Ability to safely handle delicate, brittle, and sharp materials using approved techniques • Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime as required.
