Overview
Automatic Operations – Requires operators to have suitable computer skill to be able to calculate & program the required parameters into system as per production/product specifications.
Manual Operations – Requires operators to manually utilize the machine to perform activities as per production/product specifications.
Routine Operations
- Daily clean & conduct machine check to ensure machine in operating condition
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings such as sizes, limits, speed and quantity
- Feed raw material or parts to machine
- Validate the output of the machine (QC) to ensure meeting the required product specifications
- Coordinate with next workstation to handover the product
- Record & Maintain log of daily input & output.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
