Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Umm Al Quwain for a Production Manager at Alzan Wooden Industry LLC
.
The Production Manager will oversee daily factory operations related to the manufacturing of cubicles, doors, cabinets, lockers, kitchens, and customized wood products.
The role involves managing production schedules, supervising workshop teams, ensuring product quality, coordinating with design and installation departments, maintaining machinery and tools, and improving production efficiency to achieve company targets.
The Production Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards, monitor material usage, reduce production waste, and support continuous process improvements within the factory.
Experience in big projects, manufacturing cubicles, doors, cabinets, lockers, kitchens, and custom wood products is required.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in production management and factory operations
- Experience in big projects, manufacturing cubicles, doors, cabinets, lockers, kitchens, and custom wood products
- Knowledge of woodworking, joinery, cabinet manufacturing, and veneer applications
- Proficiency in production planning, workflow management, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership, team supervision, and staff coordination skills
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery, tools, and maintenance procedures
- Understanding of quality control, safety regulations, and environmental compliance
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in woodworking, joinery, furniture manufacturing, or the interior fit-out industry is preferred
- Experience in implementing process improvements and production optimization is an advantage
