Role Overview
Lead the development and lifecycle management of digital products.
Define product direction, understand customer needs, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and priorities.
- Define product goals, features, and success metrics.
- Work with development, UX/UI, QA, and business teams on product delivery.
- Prioritize the product backlog using business value, customer needs, and technical considerations.
- Monitor product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure products are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Support Agile/Scrum teams and participate in relevant Agile ceremonies.
