Inovar seeks a Senior Business Analyst to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
The role involves preparing BRDs, functional requirements, and process documentation, translating business requirements into technical requirements, and supporting testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Prepare BRDs, functional requirements, and process documentation.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams.
- Review solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
- Identify process improvements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
