- Ensure cutting lists, material take offs, and shop drawings are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor daily production progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures across all production stages
- Optimize workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce wastage
- Liaise with procurement, design, and project management teams to ensure smooth coordination
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are implemented and followed in the workshop
- Train, mentor, and develop the production team to enhance technical and managerial capabilities
- Maintain detailed reports on production performance, manpower, and resource utilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and competitiveness
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in joinery production
- At least 5 years in a managerial role in the UAE
- Strong technical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, finishes, and related production processes
- Proven experience in managing large scale joinery workshops and teams
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and joinery shop drawings
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems and production planning tools

Overview
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager – Joinery to oversee and manage all aspects of joinery production.
