Situated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company operates the largest Medjool date farm in the Middle East, spanning 35 million square meters and housing over 300,000 palm trees.
Producing over 2 million kilograms of dates in 2022, Gheras Alkhairat is committed to sustainable farming and applies organic principles to create natural and healthy products.
With exports to countries like China, India, and Australia, the company aligns its operations with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 to enhance its global presence and contribute to national growth.
The farms boast a diverse range of date varieties, including the renowned Medjool, Deglet Nour, Al-Khalas, Sukkari, and Sagai dates.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and packing line operations.
- Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
- Monitor operational efficiency and minimize downtime and waste.
- Lead and manage production teams on the factory floor.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards during operations.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in dates factories or food manufacturing.
- Experience working in factory environments within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
