- المسمى الوظيفي: مسؤول تصدير دولي – تمور
- الإدارة: التصدير والأسواق الدولية
- نوع العمل: دوام كامل
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة دورة التصدير الكاملة من تأكيد الطلب حتى تسليم الشحنة
- إعداد ومراجعة وثائق التصدير (الفواتير التجارية، شهادات المنشأ، الشهادات الصحية، قوائم التعبئة، مستندات الشحن)
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية والفنية لكل سوق مستهدف
- التنسيق مع شركات الشحن ووكلاء الجمارك
- متابعة جداول الشحن وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
- تحديد الأسواق الدولية الجديدة وتطوير علاقات مع العملاء
- دعم المفاوضات مع المشترين والموزعين الدوليين
- متابعة المدفوعات الدولية ووثائق التجارة
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء التصدير والمبيعات
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التجارة الدولية أو اللوجستيات أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في تصدير المنتجات الغذائية (يُفضّل خبرة في تصدير التمور)
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة وإجراءات التصدير السعودية
- خبرة في التعامل مع الأسواق الأوروبية والأمريكية والآسيوية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة لغة إضافية تُعدّ ميزة)
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض متميزة

- About the Company:
- Gheras Al-Khairat is a Saudi company specializing in the cultivation and production of premium dates, committed to expanding its presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full export cycle from order confirmation to shipment delivery
- Prepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, health certificates, packing lists, shipping documents)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements of each target market
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify new international markets and develop customer relationships
- Support negotiations with international buyers and distributors
- Follow up on international payments and trade documentation
- Prepare periodic export performance and sales reports
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in exporting food products (dates experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi export regulations and procedures
- Experience dealing with European, American, and Asian markets
- Fluency in English (additional language is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
