Role Overview
Operators are responsible for running processing equipment, monitoring day-to-day production activities, and ensuring products meet established quality and safety standards. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who is comfortable with hands-on work, learning how to adjust machine parameters, and performing basic troubleshooting. Training will be provided on equipment, quality testing methods, and company-specific procedures.
Line Operators will report to the Production Supervisor and take direction from the Shift Lead for daily tasks within the production department. Their responsibilities include operating the equipment and managing all related paperwork, ensuring efficiency while prioritizing quality and safety.

Position Summary
Operators are responsible for running processing equipment, monitoring day-to-day production activities, and ensuring products meet established quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operate processing line equipment efficiently and safely while following standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine quality checks (e.g., pH, density, viscosity, color, Brix, etc.) to ensure products meet required specifications.
- Record and maintain accurate production and quality data.
- Assist in equipment setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting during production.
- Monitor and understand machine parameters, pressure sensors, valves, and flow meters to support consistent operations.
