You’ll oversee day-to-day production operations, manage schedules, coach your team, and ensure our products meet quality standards — all while being actively involved in the work itself.

This isn’t a desk job; it’s for people who love building, problem-solving, and getting things done.

• Lead the production process and workflow for your team, working side by side with them to get things built.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate workload to ensure materials are ready and projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
