Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for factory operations and production output
- Managing fabrication of aluminium, glazing, and facade systems
- Leading production teams, supervisors, and labour workforce
- Implementing and improving production processes, workflows, and efficiency
- Overseeing quality control and ensuring all products meet project specifications
- Managing production planning, scheduling, and deadlines
- Controlling costs, waste, and material usage
- Ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards
- Coordinating with project teams, procurement, and senior management
Requirements
- 7–15+ years’ experience in aluminium / facade manufacturing
- Proven experience running a factory or production facility
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain wall, and facade production
- Experience managing large teams within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to drive output, efficiency, and process improvements
- GCC experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills

The Role
- We are partnering with a leading aluminium and facade manufacturer delivering large scale projects across the GCC.
- With a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a Factory / Production Manager to take full control of their manufacturing facility.
- This is a senior, hands on leadership position where you will be responsible for everything inside the factory – from production output to people management and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Full responsibility for factory operations and production output
- Managing fabrication of aluminium, glazing, and facade systems
