- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal standards
- Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, including documentation, amendments, and records maintenance
- Monitor contract compliance and performance, identifying and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on contract terms and conditions, mitigating potential risks
- Lead dispute resolution and claims management effectively to protect company interests
- Stay updated on relevant local and international laws, regulations, and industry best practices impacting contracts
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure all contracts meet regulatory and financial requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a Tier 1 contractor environment, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar), and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

The Role
