Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on production requirements & plant capacity to meet customer demands
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedule to meet deadlines and assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including production, engineering, purchasing, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient production
- Ensure resource availability in coordination with associated departments
- Assist in employee hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Assist in development of scheduling tools to increase automation
- Create and maintain production reports including daily/weekly production reports, inventory reports, scheduling reports, KPI and charts
Requirements
- Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, ISO procedures, lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication skills and team attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and result oriented

Responsibilities

- Ability to deal simultaneously with various work orders/products.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including production, engineering, purchasing, and quality control to ensure timely and efficient production which aligns with production plan.
- Ensuring resource availability in coordination with associated departments.
- Assist in employee hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Assist in the development of scheduling tools to increase the level of automation and reduce the manual nature of the scheduling function.
- Create and maintain production reports, including daily/weekly production reports, inventory reports, scheduling reports, KPI and charts.
