- Coordinate and schedule production timelines to meet deadlines
- Communicate with departments (design, marketing, sales) for smooth production processes
- Track production orders and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage logistics for shipping and receiving materials and products
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation
- Resolve production issues or delays by liaising with team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment with suppliers
- Assist in budgeting and cost control by monitoring expenses and optimizing resources
- Train and oversee production staff to ensure adherence to procedures and efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain standards
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role
- At least 3 years of proven experience within the Interior Fit Out and Joinery industry
- Strong coordination and production management skills
