Role Overview
A manufacturing company in the signage, joinery, and fit-out industry is seeking an organized and experienced Production Coordinator.
The role coordinates production activities, departments, schedules, materials, manpower, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
- Follow up with Production, Design, Projects, and Installation teams.
- Track job progress, deadlines, materials, manpower, and production requirements.
- Prepare production schedules and reports.
- Monitor job status and report delays or issues to management.
- Ensure production follows approved drawings and project requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in signage, manufacturing, joinery, fit-out, or a related industry is preferred.
- UAE or Dubai experience is preferred, but candidates from outside the UAE may apply.
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and project workflow.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
