Production Associate, Portable Equipment

Work collaboratively with the Manufacturing Manager, production lead and team members to fulfill customer orders.

Follow the team lead instructions to run the daily order’s schedules assigned by the Manufacturing Manager.

Assemble portable carpet cleaning machines by installing, including but not limited to, motors, pumps, and wiring into machine housings.

Ensure finished products been tested and quality checked to meet QA standards prior to packaging.

Report to the team lead or the Manufacturing Manager any discrepancies within the BOM to Update Bill of Materials (BOMs).

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product’s QA standards been met.

Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and the Company code of ethics.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives presented by the Manufacturing Manager to enhance production efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth production processes and meet customer demands.

Follow safety protocols to maintain safe and secured work environment.

Maintain housekeeping and clean working area all times and ensure all tools/parts to put aside by the end of the shift.
