Bell & Evans is looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our Tray Pack team .

As a Tray Pack Associate, you will play an important role in preparing and moving poultry products so customer orders can be completed safely, efficiently, and accurately. You will work as part of a team to maintain Bell & Evans' high standards for food safety, product quality, and production performance .

Previous experience is preferred but not required . We will provide training to help you learn the job and our procedures.

Safely handle and move poultry products within the Tray Pack Department.

Lift and transport large trays of product weighing up to 40 pounds .

Carry trays of product to designated loaders.

Support the Tray Pack team in completing customer orders.

Follow all food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Monitor products for quality and immediately report any safety or quality concerns.

Follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and production requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work cooperatively with supervisors, leads, and other team members.

Support other areas of the department or Production as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
