Cafe Janitorial - 2nd Shift

As one of our Café Team Members, you will support daily food service operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. This role combines customer service, food handling, and housekeeping responsibilities to ensure the café remains safe and efficient throughout each shift.

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to team members

Maintain café cleanliness throughout each shift, including floors, trash, service areas, counters, and shared spaces

Complete weekly and bi-weekly deep cleaning responsibilities to ensure a consistently clean and organized environment

Monitor and help minimize waste through careful portioning and restocking practices

Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding needs, concerns, or operational issues

Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming space
