Responsibilities
- Follow work orders and procedures to meet customer expectations
- Analyze schedules and support efficient workflow
- Handle products and equipment safely; follow maintenance and safety protocols
- Track production/shipping milestones and maintain accurate system updates
- Complete tasks on time with high attention to detail and quality
- Adapt to changes and support other areas through cross-training
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Apply lean principles (5S, visual management) to improve productivity and organization
- Proactively assist where needed and learn from mistakes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in an assembly or production role
- Reliable transportation required
- Basic math skills and ability to meet production standards
- Able to read and write in English; follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong common sense and ability to follow detailed directions
